1. No physical delivery
The services sold are digital. There is no shipping, delivery fee or delivery address; the service is provided over the internet.
2. When the account opens
- Within one business day after payment is confirmed, usually immediately.
- Where setup work is agreed (users, module settings, data migration), the timeline is stated in the offer.
- The authorised user receives a sign-in link and a password setup step by email.
3. Access addresses
The services are used in a browser at:
- ArvoOS: app.arvo-os.com
- ArvoLab: lab.arvo-os.com
- Arc: arc.arvo-os.com
- Arvo Randevu: randevu.arvo-os.com
4. Requirements
A current browser and an internet connection; nothing to install. Planned maintenance is announced in advance.
